What time will you be at my home?
Our normal workdays are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. Some weekends. Most of our cleaning professionals start at 9:00 am. Whatever time is convenient for you.

What do I have to do before the cleaning?
Nothing! If you have laundry arrangements with us please leave the basket near the kitchen.

Do I need to provide cleaning supplies or equipment?
No. We bring all the equipment and green cleaning supplies.

Do I need to be home when you come?
Most of our customers are not home when we clean. Only the professionals who will be cleaning your home will have access to your home. To insure added security, all house keys are individually coded and cross-referenced. Whatever arrangements are comfortable for you.

Who will be cleaning my home?
A regularly assigned team of trained American Green Cleaning Service Professionals will clean your home.

We gladly accept Visa/MC for your convenience.
